Samples

Here is the list of Sample forms designed and set up to demonstrate the capabilities of FlexiForms.

The samples presented in each sample page under this group are exported from the FlexiForms QA/Demonstration environment (in the JSON format). You can Import and play around with them.

If the imported form has a feed setting with Master Form Data feed type, you should import the Master Form first. Also, some forms uses impoty-into-DB or Modify Data jobs. For those forms, you don't need to create the required table, view, function or stored procedure because the importing process will create those forms based on the questions on the form. However, you would need to create the Stored Procedures and DB objects (tables, functions, views) for API data sources.

In each sample page, you will also find the JSON (that you can import into your system), screenshot and a link to preview the form.
