How to create a form?

4 Options to create a form:

1: Forms --> Smart new Form Setup --> AI Form Setup wizard: Use this wizard to get AI to design the form, design the required HTML templates, configure all kinds of jobs, do all the other major settings (like applet configuration, user verification settings, request data settings etc) using mostly plain English.

2: Forms --> Smart new Form Setup --> Quick Form Setup wizard with Templates and AI: Use AI to find a similar form and import it. You can do some initial settings before importing so that the wizard customzie your form.

3: Forms--> Form Operations --> Import form: Import a form that is exported before. You can import forms from our Samples here.

Above three options provide you with what the wizard has done (such as created this form, created this HTML template, etc.).

4: Forms --> Form Oeprations -->New
